Overview
The generated report can be exported and saved in one of the commonly used formats. The saved report file can then be opened using the appropriate application capable of reading files in this format.
Limitations
Note that the following reports could not be exported: Call Attempts, Interviewer Breaks, Interviewer Submission Details, and Aggregated Interviewer Submission.
New Style Reports: Quickly Exporting to Excel
With the "New style reports" toggle enabled, the Survey Overview, Survey Productivity and Interviewer Productivity reports can quickly be exported to Excel by clicking the Export to Excel button.
Other Reports and Formats
For other reports, and to export the aforementioned reports as other formats, follow these steps:
- After the generated report is displayed in the browser window the group of controls related to the Export facility becomes available on the report toolbar.
- First you should choose the format of the file to which the report would be saved. Choose one from the drop-down list.
- PDF format;
- MS Excel 97-2003 format;
- Rich Text Format (file with RTF extension);
- Character Separated Values: a comma delimited format is available (file with CSV extension);
- TIFF format - the report is saved as a picture;
- Web Archive (file with the MHTML extension).
- Click the Export button to start the export procedure. This will display the standard browser dialog using which you can select whether the file should be saved or opened. If you choose the Save button, the standard Windows Save File dialog will be displayed, and you will have to enter the name and path to the file you want to save.
