    The following new CATI features were implemented in January 2025.

    New Features

    • Introduced a ‘Remove All’ button in the interviewer selection UI, allowing supervisors to quickly clear large selections in areas like the Interviewers list Activity View and productivity report filters.

    • Added a quota property icon in the new quota management UI to indicate when CATI delivery when quota not full is enabled, with relevant columns (Daily Count, Scheduled, and Enabled) now displayed only for applicable quotas.

    • Implemented new timers in the monitoring UI, displaying both the time spent monitoring an interviewer (top left) and the duration of the current interview being monitored (bottom right).
