New Features
Extended filtering capabilities in Call Management to allow combining multiple string values when separated by commas.
Enabled the ! symbol as a NOT operator in filters to exclude specific values.
Introduced updated functionality for surveys, including a new style quota management UI.
Delivered new style reports (Survey Overview, Survey Productivity, and Interviewer Productivity).
Added a browser-based UI for monitoring live calls.
Implemented a browser-based UI for playing back recorded interviews.
Included the Advanced Filters tab under the New Style setting, enabling users to copy or move advanced filters between surveys.
