The following new CATI features and bug fixes were implemented in August 2023.
New Features
- Added support to hide the 'Dialer Settings' tab in the New Style surveys list if the dialer is not configured.
- Created new Dialer Settings tab in the 'New Style' surveys list view.
- Added ability to specify call priority, shift type and call state when uploading sample with simple scheduling.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue whereby a user receives an Internal Server Error when attempting to export a CATI Blacklist and Call History from the survey list from CATI Supervisor.
- Fixed an issue for some users using Google Chrome whereby an error message, 'An error has occurred' would appear when viewing any project.
- Fixed an issue where if the dialer was de-activated by a supervisor, an appropriate 'internal dialer error' message was not shown to CATI interviewers.
- Fixed an issue whereby in certain circumstances, a survey with Geolocation questions might cause a scheduling script to fail.
