The following new CATI features and bug fixes were implemented in June 2023.
New Features
- When using the new style surveys list there is now a shortcut button to access the Reviewer interface
- When using the new style surveys list, "Survey Name" and "Scheduling" links now take users to the survey or scheduling script views
- Added the ability to remember the currently set playback speed and volume in the browser-based player.
- When clicking on the retention icon in the comment section for saved interviewer recordings, the comment is autofocused (if present)
- Changed functionality so break times in 'logon duration' in the Survey Overview report are included.
- Removed the ability to download the CATI Interviewer desktop application from the CATI drop-down menu in Professional Authoring.
- Clarified the warning message when a user tries to save a recorded interview, but the maximum number of saved interviews has already been reached. Clarification is to remind the user that there may be additional saved interviews to which they do not have access to, but count toward the total number of saved interviews.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue whereby it was possible that no audio was present when playing a recorded interview in the browser.
- Fixed an issue where the interviewer 'location' was not passed to the dialer.
- Fixed an issue when filtering by column headers in the Surveys list and Recorded Interview list which meant the upper range limit was not included in the filtering result.
- Fixed an issue where an internal server error was generated when trying to export a CATI blacklist or Call History.
- Fixed an issue where BBCC does not work on sites with 2-level domain names.
- Fixed an issue where the context menu for the Surveys List didn't function correctly under MacOS.
