The following new CATI features and bug fixes were implemented in May 2023.
New Features
Added the ability to increase the playback speed (both sound and video) when playing playing a recorded interview using the browser-based player. A new selector in the player interface facilitates this adjustment.
Added end-of-life date to the login screen of the legacy desktop interviewer console to notify interviewers they should switch to the browser based UI by June 30th, 2023.
Added the ability to request only 'not scheduled' interviews using the new CATI REST API.
Added a new company-level setting to specify how interview duration times are calculated. The setting makes it possible to have all interview durations measured with or without the inclusion of open end review time.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue whereby scheduled Daily Survey Overview reports became corrupted. Manual creation of these reports was never impacted.
Fixed an issue whereby scheduled email reports detailing interviewer productivity failed with an error.
Fixed an issue with the Recorded Interview Player. Previously, when the appointment dialog was displayed, it was impossible to jump to a specific question with the drop-down menu. Also fixed an issue when the question selection drop-down menu was open, and an appointment screen appears during record playback, the drop-down closed.
