The following new CATI features and bug fixes were implemented in October 2023.
New Features
- Improved the New Style survey list, Summary tab.
- Added a new Notification Alert category for when multiple scheduling errors occur in a company.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where adding respondents using the "REST API, POST" method, and setting the “schedulingMode” = Full, generated an error.
- Fixed an issue where right-clicking on a single survey row in the New Style survey list would result in the bulk-action menu popup instead of for the single row. Previously, multiple rows were selected but then hidden due to a change of filtering.
- Fixed an issue where a sample upload may fail if the survey has cluster quotas configured.
- Fixed an issue where if no recent surveys existed, a link to 'recent surveys' was still displayed.
- Fixed an issue where changes made to a scheduling script in one browser tab were able to affect a scheduling script in another browser tab.
