The following new CATI features were implemented in October 2024.
New Features
Added the ability to open and close selected quota cells through the context menu, with the state indicated by (closed) in the 'Remaining' count column. Closing a quota cell sets remaining scheduled calls to 'Disabled by Quota' and highlights them in yellow in Call Management.
Introduced an option to open Call Management and view calls in a selected quota cell, pre-filtered by the applicable quota criteria.
A new 'Criteria (Labels)' column can now be enabled to display answer labels instead of answer codes in the quota criteria, providing clearer labelling. The 'Criteria (Labels)' column can be toggled on or off, and the 'Criteria (Codes)' column can be kept or hidden.
Introduced a new assignments tab in the survey view to simplify bulk assignment management for interviewers.
