    The following new CATI features were implemented in June 2024.

    New Features

    • New settings introduced to customize Manual Selection mode behavior for interviewers.

    • Interview ordering by priority can now be toggled in the manual selection screen (enabled by default).

    • Randomized interview lists are available as an optional setting (disabled by default).

    • Calls can be filtered to display only those valid for the current shift, excluding future scheduled calls (disabled by default).

    • A column selector feature is now available in the Surveys List, allowing supervisors to manage visible columns. Two additional columns can be enabled in the Surveys List:

    1. Comment: Displays comments linked to surveys (managed under the 'General' view tab).

    2. Target: Shows the assigned target value for surveys (configured under the 'General' view tab).

    Note: The column picker functionality requires the 'New Style' setting to be enabled in the supervisor UI.
